An ever challenging environment, where one have to "create" from scratch a working IT - Business environment in Logistics sector using the company's software platform. The balancing of planning, analyzing and action in the right doses to have the best output.
Cons
The senior management lacks long term strategic planning and the will to organize the company structure in order to best service demands of an evolving and demanding market.
