      Pros

      -Getting the opportunity to meet Mr Blahnik in person -Nice colleagues -Free shoes

      Cons

      -Useless SLT members and some heads of depts. -No career progression -Even if they support Mental Health wellness, I haven't seen any CEO in my entire career that causes such anxiety across all departments. Consequently, the general strategy of SLT is always to agree with everything she suggests even if she's not right! - -I have seen people (and some departments) with snobbish behaviours regarding people's accents or nationalities; but -keep calm as "we are all a FAMILY"- -Slow and manual processes, 10000 IT systems that don't work -Very GOSSIPY environment (too much I'd say)

      Nice perks but toxic environment

      Pros

      The perks include: Centrally located offices, getting to meet Mr Blahnik in person, free shoes every seasonal drop. Nice coffee area and free fruit once a week. They used to have yoga classes for free.

      Cons

      There is no structure in place and everything is left last minute. The people who are supposed to make decisions often bail out, leaving others to take respectability. The office is very gossipy and there's a complete lack of team work. Loads of brown noses and backstabbing around and people getting promoted with no merit whatsoever. Rude behaviour is quite common.

      Amazing perks but a tough work culture

      I worked at Manolo happily for around 3 years. There are lots of perks, including: - A really beautiful, comfortable office - You get to work directly with Manolo - I had good, lasting relationships with my colleagues and enjoyed coming to work every day - Free shoes every season - Good bonus and annual pay increases - Free fruit, amazing birthday cakes - Proper coffee - Free language classes - Free yoga

      Cons

      It's a pretty disorganised and hectic place to work. Everything is last minute. A really important skill to have if you want to work here long term is how to stick up for yourself, say no, and not take anything personally, because there can be a lot of gossip and manipulation. If you can do that, then it's fine, but I know some staff struggled with this culture and sadly didn't stay for very long.
