      Salads are half off but is that even a pro...? They should be free considering the $$ that the company makes.

      Cons

      Head office piles the work onto their minimum wage employees. There are new tasks every week that go on top of the ones staff already have. Head office has no care for their on the floor staff yet preaches family values. The environment is exploitive and there is an insanely high turn over rate. Staff can be clique-y and exclusive, making it a bad experience for the staff that are not in the core group. There is much more negative things to say but I don't feel like giving Mandy's more of time. Don't work here .

      Literally nothing. Even the manager quit on the spot. Treats their employees like literal garbage. The whole “family” thing is a bunch of bull. DONT WORK THERE

      -Feels Replaceable -Constant Demand for hard work at Minimum Wage -New Responsibility and Job Tasks Every Week -15 minute break -Find your own person to cover if sick -Food Artist trains each other -Kitchen Tools never purchased -Disorganized Managememt scheduling more hours than requested -Upper Management does not care about lowest level workers -Salad Dressing referred to as “Asian Dressing” -Preaches Family values to exploit workers -All Managers at this company are Blonde White Women or White Men
