      A comfortable place to work with low compensation and little room to grow professionally.

      Pros

      Small community feel, with direct access to upper management. One of the largest property management firms in the central California valley. Job description expands the longer you work there, but compensation does not scale along with it.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible. Company processes have so much room to improve, however, no plans to do so because they are already getting by compared to other property management firms in Fresno. NO COMMISSION.

      Pros

      Set job description repeat that every day with little support from higher ups. On site staff try to help each other and are truly team players.

      Cons

      Lack of training and disconnect between home office and site staff. Often treated disrespectfully when asking for help, or outright ignored or worse, no response. Need to focus on home office customer service as we were expected to answer emails immediately but home offices has 24 hours or more to reply to ours?? Not fair.

I am happy to hear that our site employees are working well together -- we work hard to ensure that we are hiring people who want to be a part of a team effort! It's unfortunate that you felt disconnected from our corporate office -- we do not want any employee to feel this way and will continue to work towards better communication between employees and teams. The reality of property management is that we are not all in the same place -- but I'm confident that as Manco Abbott continues to grow, communication will only improve for everyone.

      Disgruntled upper management thst thinks everyone else below them (on-site staff) is stupid and treats them badly.
