Pros

Great talent and CEO with positive vision

Cons

Worked here for few years, used to be the best company in soCAL to work for with some of the greatest people who were placed well in their positions. About a year ago ago they fired 20% of their staff, made a long term friend and employee with no other job or education experience COO to run the company. She removed or moved out all good managers and created an unwelcoming environment with being argumentative all the time. Staff feel bullied all the time and can't speak their mind. There is a constant feeling of losing job daily (even before the Covid19 Mess). Managed to take the company back 15 years in less than 3 months (as some say feels like a startup company). Advise to the CEO, almost all tenured employees have left the company but you have some superb engineers left, keep them happy as those are greatest asset and advertising money can buy. Overall Managesolution is great a company always honest with clients.

Pros

I wish I had at least one pro but I don't.

Cons

All I can say is proceed with caution if you are seeking employment with Managed Solution. They will portray a company culture that is caring, sympathetic and "team" oriented from the outside, and you might even continue to believe this for the first couple months. However, the longer you stay the more cracks in the foundation will begin to surface. If you ask anyone who has been there longer than 2 years, which is incredibly hard to find as many employees leave within their first year, the truth regarding the egotistical Family leadership team will come to light. In less than two years, the company lost over 50 employees due to the greed, over-work, and selfishness of the so-called executive team. The Family, and they really are a related family, that holds all three power positions in the company portrays that they "appreciate you" and truly care about the growth of your career and growth with the company. Do not be fooled, as these empty-less promises lead to the expense of your time, effort and developing a self-sacrificing loyalty to the company for years only to be pushed to quit when they suddenly decide they no longer want you. In fact, the longer you stay the more risk you run of being pressured to leave. The company atmosphere mimics that of a high school clique's drama. As long as the "cool kids" aka The Family like you and you never stand up to them, you have nothing to worry about. However, the minute you cross them (or they feel you have crossed them) they will do anything and everything in their power to destroy your reputation, hold you down and make you leave quietly. If you are looking for a job just to get you by for a short period with a pay cut, then Managed Solution is a sufficient option. They won't contact your references, as they have a history of hiring at least one person who was found to be a complete fraud. However, if you are looking for a company that will compensate you fairly, treat you with respect, value your loyalty and/or provide a team atmosphere - I highly advise you to pass on accepting any offer to work at Managed Solution.
