Pros

I work for Making Science HQ from Tbilisi. Remote work at Making Science is fantastic, and the Admachina and Gauss AI teams are truly outstanding. I've been collaborating with the MS Spanish team for quite some time now, and they are all incredible. I'm genuinely happy to be part of Making Science!

Cons

Frequent changes in projects and priorities, along with occasional unrealistic deadlines, can be challenging. However, the good thing is that management recognizes and understands when certain expectations are unrealistic.
