The Makeable I worked for had culture coming out of its eyeballs. Dart throwing championships, community concept and design sessions that happened right in front of everyone. The founder made us pancakes every week. No one looked at you funny if you got in on it. I really haven't see that kind of democratic ideation since.
Cons
It's wide open so if you don't like sitting next to people that could be annoying. Wish the founders sat on the same floor as the team.
