Pros
Great culture (kitchen was always stocked with coffee, sweets, treats and savory eats), amazing, incredible company to work for. Growth mindset and people-focused. Both clients and employees were highly valued.
Cons
Hard to name any cons but if I had to: start-up/small business growing pains - not a lot of room for career growth or salary upgrades
