The company genuinely puts time and energy into training and development, so you’re always building confidence and skills, not just ticking boxes. From day one, you’re supported. Managers are approachable, and if you show initiative, you’ll be encouraged to grow — whether that’s on-the-job training and learning new skills, or being trusted to take on more responsibility. Good work gets noticed. And you don’t have to be the loudest voice in the room to make an impact.

Sometimes the company can take a little while to respond or make changes — but it usually comes from wanting to get things right rather than rushing.
