Pros
Attracts varying skill sets of coworkers in the tech field with eager attitudes towards learning new skills and business practices across vastly different environments.
Cons
The owners are tyrannical in their business maneuvers and are solely responsible in the major shift in long term employees evacuating their business for healthier opportunities. Both of the business owners behavior is not one that represents a modern business and can best be characterized as abrasive, manipulative, and exploitive.
