Your position will not be set in stone. You will NOT be the so and so of Magic Logix, understand that. Nobody really knows what they are there, except for the development team.
There simply isn't any growth. Company is so small, and turnover rate is so high, that the longest tenured person currently has been employed for 7 months.
Company management fails to understand the basics, let alone the ins-and-outs of employee (or human) relations and treatment.
If boundaries are not set from the get-go, there will be times when you'll receive text messages at ungodly hours.
Female employees: Beware! Although not a predator in a sexual manner, the CEO will make sure you understand your position as a lower class, subordinate woman, and you will be treated as such.
Constructive criticism is a double edge sword. The CEO will criticize absolutely everything you do in a cruel and unusual way, leaving you feeling inadequate, and most times like a failure at work and life. When you DO criticize his ways, he will not take it lightly, and most likely it will be the beginning of a long, exasperating, unproductive argument where he will take your words and twist them to his advantage and reach an win-lose (you will lose) agreement because you are too exhausted to continue presenting your point.
