Pros

None. As mentioned above, do not waste your time and sanity working here.

Cons

Awful, micromanaging, deceitful CEO who scams clients out of money by promising nothing but lies. Treats employees like garbage and severely underpays. Raises, promotions and bonuses are non-existent. I have no idea how this place stays in business.

Pros

The team (not including the CEO) is pretty cool to work with. Since it's a small company, you get to know everyone in your team. The office space is good, and the building looks nice as well. Great location. Work is challenging and you get to wear many hats as others have mentioned.

Cons

Micromanaged, cameras in the office, no growth, unrealistic deadlines. The manager was rude, and did not treat everyone equally. My work was never appreciated. The pay is substandard - but that's understandable because of the company size. There is no work life balance - once you join, you'll be expected to work 24/7. Even on the weekends, you will be asked to submit status reports.

Stop Lying to Everyone, Including Yourself

Pros

The team (not including the CEO) and the beautiful office building in a centric location. The employees are what make Magic Logix seem like a legitimate digital marketing agency, and it helps that there seems to be a united front when it comes to team efforts (again, not including the CEO ) and maintaining employee morale ok enough to go about your day.

Cons

Your position will not be set in stone. You will NOT be the so and so of Magic Logix, understand that. Nobody really knows what they are there, except for the development team. There simply isn't any growth. Company is so small, and turnover rate is so high, that the longest tenured person currently has been employed for 7 months. Company management fails to understand the basics, let alone the ins-and-outs of employee (or human) relations and treatment. If boundaries are not set from the get-go,  there will be times when you'll receive text messages at ungodly hours. Female employees: Beware! Although not a predator in a sexual manner, the CEO will make sure you understand your position as a lower class, subordinate woman, and you will be treated as such. Constructive criticism is a double edge sword. The CEO will criticize absolutely everything you do in a cruel and unusual way, leaving you feeling inadequate, and most times like a failure at work and life. When you DO criticize his ways, he will not take it lightly, and most likely it will be the beginning of a long, exasperating, unproductive argument where he will take your words and twist them to his advantage and reach an win-lose (you will lose) agreement because you are too exhausted to continue presenting your point.
