the only good thing that i can say that is good about this company is that you can get A LOT OF HOURS! call out whenever you want

THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!! first of lets talk DISPATCH! Dispatch are the people who pretty much do everything such as give you your schedule the people that you call when you have to call out when you have a problem you get the message these people are VERY RUDE AND CARELESS! THEY LITTERALLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE! it do not matter what you are going through or if you have an emergancy they really do not care all they care about is someone other than their self being at a freakng post. on your days off they call you to come in so when you have off you feel like you never really have off! they seriously called me 8 times on my days off just to ask me if i can come in to cover somebody else shift you have to kiss alot of butt just to feel comfortable in this company! NOW lets talk about the pay they can 8.75 or 10.00 is all you get but everybody start at 8.75 it take you a long time to move up they make you work as if you are getting paid 15.00. you will litterally feel like you are a slave and or a robot. none of this is worth it for 8.75.your lunch break is only 30 minutes you may think that is enough time until you realize the store is 10 mins away you have to order eat and get beck to post and you get written up for being late but theres no way to get back in time they are just every stupid. Crazy thing i have only been with this company for 1 month and a half theres a lot more i have to say about this company but i dont feel like typing anymore maybe i'll come back and continue one day just in case (part 1)
