      Fun coworkers, but customers don't tip well

      Pros

      The people I work with are, for the most part, really great. Teamwork is good, and everyone tries to have a fun time at work. Managers are accommodating to my schedule and I get time off when I ask for it.

      Cons

      The turnover is pretty crazy here. It seems like mostly people stay for 3-4 months, or they stay for years. Not a lot of middle ground. Part of the reason, in my opinion, is that customers are really bad at tipping here. You can get a party of eight and have no guarantee of a tip, even if you don't do anything wrong.
