      Toxic culture - stay away

      Pros

      Product is good and a strong customer base work life balance is great as barely anyone does any work!

      Cons

      Total lack of experience in Exec layer, cannot retain talent. Sales Leadership are totally out of their depth and company has now drowned. Strategy seems to be to continually re-organising the company to mask the true problem and to bully out anyone with a voice. This is a truly toxic company and I am amazed that the PE haven't stepped in to stop the rot.
