All the pros related to a small and innovative biotech company: driven scientists, great pipeline and nimble work environment. The pay and benefits are great.

Cons

Several systems still need to be put in place and current resources are not sufficient to handle the current pipeline

Chinese hiring Chinese! People speak Chinese even when non-speakers are around. Micromanagement central. Very unfriendly people.

Pros

Good salaries and nice medical insurance but most importantly - PEOPLE! That's what makes difference at MacroGenics! Most of the people I've encountered here are willing to help, and they are VERY friendly, including the CEO. I would recommend the place to anyone without hesitation.

Cons

Office is freezing in Summer as everywhere in the US.
