Pros

Modern looking space, no cubicles.

Cons

Would not recommend anyone to work for this company. During my years here, experienced several racist remarks by coworkers, although they pride themselves in being a progressive company, their diversity inclusion program is only for show. Very white male heavy, specially in upper management positions, stuck in their old ways of doing engineering, with a lot of push back on innovation. There was very obvious favoritism, cliques, anyone outside of them was treated differently. HR was not supportive when reached out to, clearly siding with the company whenever something is brought up about the company. Also, I was critically underpaid. My next job was almost double the salary.

Pros

Company plans a lot of fun events for the staff. If you are into running, biking or competitive sports then this might be the place for you.

Cons

Upper management have all been there for several years and are very tight with each other. As mentioned in other reviews, they stay stuck in their ways and the past. Very sexist undertones. An upper male manager even called me a derogatory name. If you're a woman, expect to wrap your opinion around 20 pounds of bubble wrap.

Pros

Good people, lots of fun activities (easter egg hunts, Kentucky derby parties, etc), decent vacation package (and they encourage you to use it)

Cons

Struggling to bridge the gap between what the baby boomer management expects from work, and what the millennial employees want. No real flexible work schedule, and no work from home options.
