Very well established entrepreneurial kind of work environment. Maccadin works like a new age IT companies who built around people than unnecessary professional jargon. They welcome new ideas to grow and create your own profile to touch new horizons. Open door policy at all levels of management, strict ethical rules to create a human valued organisation and working.
Cons
A lot of work on professional front rather than playing a personal empire to rule and change the course just by mood of senior management.

Pros
Work pressure is minimum and environment is really friendly. It;s like a small family. Management is really concerned about the employer and everyone is very cooperative. Great place for freshers and you can earn lot of things from industry experts.
Cons
Change in policy several times really bad and creates unhappiness.
