      Pros

      There are many nice employees at work here. However, the cons from the leadership outweigh the good.

      Cons

      The leadership has created a toxic hostile environment as others have noted. This is not a family atmosphere. Or at least not a good family atmosphere. If you are in the bind, this may be a starting point, but keep looking for a job! Getting out is the best decision I made!

      Pros

      The people making up the factory, corporate and office work force are good people who strive to do good work in spite of incompetent leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership in the company is non-existent. The workforce is abused and bullied. Those with other opportunities have left, with only the bruised and battered remaining. Management cannot be trusted and have perfected the art of betrayal. Infighting and backstabbing is the norm to climb the ladder. No real substance left in leadership.

      Pros

      Good products and excellent customers.

      Cons

      Consistant reorganizations where upper management gets terminated. Toxic environment where some employees form tight groups. These groups work to get others who are outside the group terminated. Then when a reorganization occurs, the toxic group gets terminated. I had seven bosses in seven years. Hard to make an impression when your bosses keep getting terminated.
