      Pros

      At one point a few years ago it was a very friendly and enthusiastic firm.

      Cons

      Ever since Al retired the company has become extremely shallow and only focused on making money and getting recognized in the media.

As a business we certainly need to focus on making money, but we don’t ever want that to overwhelm our reason for existing: to serve so our communities thrive.       Pros

      Great co-workers....interesting work/ projects....good work environment...excellent benefits. The company has some great clients!!

      Cons

      Stupid bonus system (no actual system)- sqeeky wheel raises (not merit)- corporate craziness (changes every ten minutes)....bad decisions- bad leadership....no concept of treating existing employees fairly - high turnover of employees they could have easily kept!!

      Pros

      The employees here have been wonderful to work with! Throughout the recruiting process and my recent employment, everyone has been very understanding and kind. Also, the office environment has been positive and friendly.

      Cons

      I haven't come across any downsides yet.
