- Bureaucracy, red tape and politics plague the company at all levels - Heavy and rigid hierarchy with often a lack of vision - change of directions was common and management was not held accountable - Gatekeepers that slow down work and delivery - A select group of tech lead and managers decide - hard for others to get a voice - Broken take on Agile - The company is very much top down and layered and it is reflected in the way teams operate and the development pace - Empty slogans and culture that don't stand the test when things get difficult
