Free food? And some cool people I met there.
Cons
The rest really. Management that cannot plan 4-5 months in advance. Pretty crappy atmosphere despite what HR claims (there are cool people in the team but most of them are just jerks spoiling the whole). Fear of introducing change. And one of MDs still preferring e-mails as a mean of communication with people who he's sitting in one room with (and responding them every 2-3 days).
