      Chaotic and unsupportive environment

      Nice office Creative place to work Looks good on CV Some very talented people working there

      Cons

      Very long hours culture - burnt out staff Very disorganised - lack of process Not enough management - projects run by very inexperienced junior staff No attempt made to match jobs to peoples skills Lots of people with very big egos/ Lack of respect from management Big company, easy to feel anonymous + not receptive to new ideas You need to be very flexible and willing to tolerate a lot of nonsense to work here, they will not support you if you are struggling.

      Creative work If you are Dutch good career evolution International environment

      Cons

      Lack of leadership Very low salary It's an Army of interns they cost nothing No people consideration, highest turn over I have seen, everyone starts with 1 year contract and most internationals have to leave after max 2 years as legally contract has to be switch to indefinite after 2 years however access to permanent contract seems easier for the Dutch. Very few opportunity to grow for internationals.

      Great team atmosphere. Being surrounded by very talented people from various backgrounds. High quality of design, research process, graphics, presentation... Smart founding partners caring about space quality, social impact of architecture & sustainability of projects. Want to make a difference and do. Pros are higher than cons.

      Cons

      Beware of some studio managers/partners with poor work-ethic & manipulative/toxic attitude. Company management tends to close eyes on abuse of power & toxic studio management . Can be a lot of pressure due to high ambitions for all projects. Low salary compare to industry standards.
