      Pros

      Had control over my own workload with no one breathing down my neck. Learned a lot of valuable skills liaising with different senior members within the NHS. Learned about building rapport and long term sales as opposed to the short quick selling background I came from. Lots of support along the way.

      Pros

      Brilliant flexible workplace Great office space Lovely team, everyone is approachable Brilliant product and chance to work nationally and internationally in healthcare

      Cons

      On the job training is minimal but only because it is a small team so everyone is hitting the ground running. This is being looked at though.

      Pros

      You can huddle with other employees and complain about how terrible management is and there's a 24 hour gym next door to blow off steam.

      Cons

      The managing director is disrespectful and unprofessional. Employees are easily disrespected verbally, and you never receive praise for doing a good job. Only insults when results fall short to expectations. The other directors enable his behavior and occasionally partake in the unprofessionalism.
