Stay far away...you should wait for something else
Pros
A Paycheck...I waited a while to write this review and only did so at the urging of someone still stuck there....the word has to get out so that positive changes can happen(maybe from current leadership taking notice). Also, if one person who reads this and decides to stay away, they have been tremendously helped in their career and life.
Cons
Worst Benefits out there...high premiums, high deductibles, no 401k match, no training, no career development, no tuition assistance, no anything. Low pay with inconsistent/nonexistent increases...annual increases are not given on an annual basis and its always a "we'll see" approach. I would give negative star ratings or zeros if it were possible. Bad culture, poor morale, tremendously high turnover especially in key positions.
