It's a local company and growing. The owner has deep pockets and buys local small businesses regularly, which adds chaos to any order in the building. Good news is there is no micromanaging or any leadership to speak of. The work to life ratio is great as are no set times to be in the office. They also don't have managers that give you guidance so how you get thing accomplished is completely in your hands.

The company lacks leadership and organization. They don't have a CRM just excel sheets.
