The only best thing about the company is that you get to work independently and know your capabilities.

Cons

The company has various drawbacks in terns of its top management and upper middle management. The persons are selfish. They believe in flattery/servility only. No job security as they can throw you out anytime without any valid reason. No value of employees as they think they can get any person in the market. Pathetic management. At the time of appraisal they try to find out the silly reasons to kick the person out so that the salaries are not required to be increased an some other person can be hired at lower salary. Advice to new employees- Stay away from here and save yourself. It is one of the mist selfish companies.

Cons

Underpaid. No work life balance. Salary never on time. Pathetic management. No growth opportunities. No chance of colleague interaction. Expect you to work 24*7. No talk of employee satisfaction.

Cons

Poor, underpaid salary. Do not expect improved salary for good performance. Incompetent managers who get mad at over the pettiest things. Management is monitoring EVERYTHING you do. Daily. One of the HR does not care about the employees at all and will sabotage and screw you over. No boundaries, will have you working well until after 10 pm if they can. Sometimes will ask you to work on Sundays even if you're off duty. Executives only care about personal image and not quality of content.
