      Pros

      It is a good place to work because they offer a friendly environment, and there is opportunity to set your ideas and work with new technologies, and more over they provide free snacks and free breakfast on fridays.

      Cons

      Medical insuranse is given after 3 months of joining.

      Thanks for the review and I appreciate the concern on medical insurance. We have a short "onboarding" period of 3 months in Mexico before some benefits are available. But thanks for your thought and we will consider this as we annually look at our benefits. - Scott East

      The opportunity to expand your knowledge and learn is continual. I love coming to work knowing that I will learn something new! MSIGHTS is very innovative which keeps us constantly improving and growing. The culture is great. MSIGHTS has an international reach while all at the same time keeping a feeling of connectedness. A great place to start your career!

      Cons

      Because MSIGHTS is on the cutting edge, the learning curve is pretty steep. Learning the business rules and complexities of the product can be challenging and cumbersome.
