There wasn't many pros, I guess they supplied training.
Cons
incompetent managers, even though they offered training they didn't care for the quality of training. disrespected all employees even those with disabilities. showed favoritism, treated employees like trash. Treated students like second class citizens, hired managers who were mean to bully employees into working harder. Made numerous employees cry on multiple occasions, turnover rate is the highest in any job I've ever had -- some quit even after ONE day. Not flexible with schedules at all, will write you up for being sick and calling in. Never fires employees who need to be fired even after multiple sexual harassment allegations, altercations with customers, poor food service experience, but will fire you if you cannot make it into work because of x, y, z. The general manager constantly bad mouths all his employees, is clearly racist and sexist, has made his female manager cry so many times. The store is disgusting, so many health hazards, nothing is cleaned correctly, they don't require a food handlers permit at the location so no one ensures they are not cross contaminating the food. Customers and employees have gotten food poisoning, and at one point the store had a serious fly problem from the poor hygiene practiced within the store.
