      Pros

      Project budgets sometimes allow for interesting interiors.

      Cons

      MR is top-heavy company with no room for advancement. Micromanagement makes gaining actual experience & learning naturally almost impossible. Pay is much lower than comparable firms in the area. Client network is unsteady. Multiple employees have been bitten by owner's dog.

      Beautiful Projects / Difficult Unsupportive Senior Staff

      Pros

      You get to work on beautiful projects with very high end materials. Its nice to work with an in house interior design team as well. The Interior design team and support staff on the architecture side are great.

      Cons

      Not a supportive environment. Senior staff are talented but have very difficult personalities.

      Very nice company and the owner

      Cons

      Pay is very low. Office is ventilated and good atmosphere. Nice back yard and grrenary around the office. Cafetaria needs maintanemnce.
