Pros

We can check our mental strength here, good mental exercise for negativity. Otherwise facilities are average and policies are for name sake and benefiting only management. Work is very challenging, as we don't know where we are heading nor the seniors know.

Cons

Cheap mentality and do not progress approach, they are re-engineering and failing every single time. So please do not expect stability, may be one day they will achieve but it may be too late. Ultimately not a good place for freshers and less experienced. my advice is you can shape your career better in some other reputed organisation. Late salaries, overloaded work(which will be scrapped due to wrong approach), every minute tension of loosing the job, people spend more time searching than working here, so the productivity and efficiency is low. overall negative environment.

Unhealthy, unhealthy and Unhealthy place to be

Pros

People please read reviews from Oxigen as well when you are viewing Mpower Softcomm as both are same. Mr Pramod has a vision to grow and he does every bit to grow the company in multiple dimensions The policies are employee friendly and to be par of industry, Salaries for experienced people are average to good. Work is challenging as everyday you get to learn something new (technical/ non-technical), product, domain etc.

Cons

Mr Pramod doesn’t get support from any of his sub ordinates for his dreams and vision. It is as if he is the owner and he has to get involved in everything. His core team is lazy and they use the authority in wrong way, taking wrong decisions is a habit for them. I don’t have to mention their names but everybody including his root is reason for the failure. As a result, they are struggling to sustain the market, business and changes required for growth. And these few people with Mr Pramod are responsible for bad things happening in the company, low revenues, bad strategies, no process, unhealthy environment and as an outcome, teams down-sized (people were asked to leave), and there settlements are not done, for existing people sometimes salaries are not paid on time. Unnecessary pressure built on the employees was becoming common, They hired a guy from a competitor who wanted to re-engineer there entire stuff, imagine a guy unethical was trying to re-engineer and it was a big failure. As a conclusion Oxigen/Mpower softcomm has become a Unhealthy, unhealthy and unhealthy place. I would advice not to join Oxigen or Mpower Softcomm for now, as you may endup loosing your mental peace.
