This company is very driven to satisfy customers needs. They are constantly expanding by gaining new customers. Some employees are friendly.
Cons
The plant manager struggles to maintain a friendly attitude and shifts blame on others often. New people usually leave within their first two weeks of employment. They take on work and push the limited number of loyal employees to their limits to get it done. They often juggle different jobs, resulting in less productivity. It seems that everyone is a family member of someone else that works in the shop. Management has a habit to play favorites. Management also allows employees to lie about/degrade other employees, even when notified of the problem. They have also allowed an employee to continue employment after committing a blatant act of sexual harassment to another employee. Most experienced employees cite the plant managers behavior for their resignation.
