Management is indecisive on essential issues and doesn't care about people. There is too much office politics in the Fort Worth magnet plant, and it's hard to get anything done. The office culture is not good for employees' mental health.
This company also has only one customer and is losing millions of dollars each year (unprofitable), which puts tremendous pressure on employees in terms of bonuses, stocks, and getting anything approved.
The leadership micromanages everything and doesn't let people own anything. For instance, they make every salaried employee report hourly logs on projects every week, which is out of the norm for salaried employees. Nobody except the EVP makes any decisions, not even the VPs and directors.
