Pros

nothing pros... if you are ready to work in costco in a stall of AT&T and direct TV and promote and talk to people about it then it should be ok

Cons

no medical benefit. they tell you something over the phone and when you go they says its a standing marketing and selling position in Costco.. misleading information given by HR no position available other than sales they expect you to work 7 days a week and if you ready for ovvertime its good. salary range $13-16$

Pros

There are none. It’s all a façade.

Cons

Constant deception. I was lied to about pay (it’s not wage + commission, only commission) There are a bunch of different positions, but there’s really only one You’ll eventually catch on and find that there’s a pool of hypocrisy, deceit, lies, etc.

Pros

The people are nice enough.

Cons

The job listing makes it out to seem like this is a real advertising and marketing firm, which it is not. It's sales and purely sales. & not even a good sales job, you're selling Direct TV & ATT bundles in Costco. The morning meetings are mandatory even if you work an afternoon shift. All the morning meetings are basically brain washing. The three managers really try to make it seem like their enlightened, but all they are doing is regurgitating pseudo inspirational quotes to each other. Also, don't expect a set schedule with them. Your schedule could change on a whim with no notice.

We are very sorry to hear that you had negative experience with your time here and we appreciate the feedback. We strive to be a company that stresses the importance of having a culture where people feel they can express themselves and feel valued. We have implemented new processes when hiring the right candidate. We also believe having our meetings create value for the position and helps the person to think of it much more than a sales position and more of a opportunity for growth. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
