Pros
- Most people are pretty nice - Work is great when it's interesting, mechanical engineers and integrated systems folks tend to love it, software is super hit or miss - Great office space and vibes
Cons
- Sometimes work is repetitive - Really slow to increase pay - Terrible system of delivering feedback - Work force is very young (this is a pro and con!)
