      Pros

      Free breakfast on Fridays and nice stand up or sit down work stations.

      Cons

      Senior management use their position to bring their kids in for internships, offer their spouses ad direction contracts and sponsor their kid's career events with company funds. Lots of layoffs done in a hidden manner across teams so that you don't even realize when most of a team is wiped out. The only employees adequately compensated are management.

We just wrapped up Q3 Town Hall meetings in late October and look forward to meeting again in early 2021!
