Pros
Great colleagues, interesting projects, possibly lots of bussiness trips ( maybe after pandemic again ).
Cons
LOW salary, limited possibilities for salary raise. No plan for the employees, just work as hard as you can with no vision for the future. No trainings, just diy tasks in the first months. 20 days paid leave, maybe 22 after 3 years or 25 after 6 years in the company. Overtime is forbidden ( you will work overtime but not get paid because it's forbidden ). No sufficient parking space for employees which is a great con because of the office location. Because of the poor management there are colleagues that basicaly do nothing, while key employees and teamleaders are overloaded.
