      Honest Review: MLG Blockchain Is Amateur Hour With Inexperienced Executives

      Pros

      Access to interesting companies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industries.

      Cons

      Don't believe the positive reviews, as they're only planted by incompetent "yes" men and women at the firm. This consultancy is a total joke run by completely inexperienced frat boys. C-suite titles are given to junior employees with less than 5 years of experience. There is no strategy, no foundation and no real understanding of what it takes to run and grow a company. The sales team lie to potential customers, and clients are given work done by interns once they are on board. With so much fraud in this industry, MLG Blockchain is just another dishonest player taking money from companies who believe their lies.

      Disappointing.... Expected exactly opposite.

      Pros

      - Great network of companies as this company was built through family and connections. - Provided opportunity to get some kind of foot in the door with blockchain technology

      Cons

      - Management who are too short sighted as well as ignorant and stubborn to learn how to take proper feedback and work together - This is a company that thinks HR is for just hiring... without an HR department, hiring practices are thrown out the window, there is miscommunication and confusion in job responsibilities/accountabilities and overall a general lack of alignment between all departments creating constant redundancies and confusion. - Too much uncertainty on if you're going to get a pay cut or even paid at all.. - They lie to clients... offering quality and service beyond resources.. then all responsibility to actually put ground work in to execute the project is tossed down the stream to different employees - Titles are everything - Decentralized workspace does not work - Constant micromanagement and stress to put on results instantaneously

      Dear Employee, Thank you for your feedback. Im glad you got an opportunity to work in the blockchain industry. I value all your comments. We are still growing as an organization and working very hard to build a strong global footing in an industry that is still defining its existence. We try out best to maintain transparency in our operations but sometimes need to make difficult decisions, not by choice, but due to volatility in the industry.
