      Pros

      Talented engineers, nice clients and innovative AI projects. Good work /life balance.

      Cons

      Big part of leadership is severely lacking experience and knowledge on how to run and grow a scale-up, to the extent that they’re ruining the company’s momentum. Working in commercial team is pure chaos, no structure, DIY sales. Really sad. Criticism is “not done” here as well. Had a very poor experience working here.

      Working alongside some of the smartest and loveliest people to deliver ML solutions for world-leading businesses. Huge variety of exposure to different cutting-edge applications of ML in all industries, from NLP to computer vision and time-series modelling to hyper-personalisation. It's a hugely exciting company to be part of, and the opportunity to learn and grow is never ending.
