Pros

Midas team is very professional, it is a vey good mix of expats from various countries and Thai employees with a lot of experience. The agency is focused on measurable KPI, so it is a good place for those who are serious about performance and PR processes which are measurability driven. The atmosphere is good and everyone is highly motivated, with a genuine concern for the company's success.

Cons

The agency grows very quickly, and sometimes new accounts appear at a pace which is difficult to keep up with. Hence work overload with sometimes hectic schedules. New people are hired regularly, and not all are always equally familiar with what's going on. The fast pace is not for everyone, but working with interesting clients makes it worth it.

Pros

- Opportunities to try just about everything (PR strategy, Copywriting, Liaising with the press, Project & Client Management) -> allows fresh grads to figure out their strengths and passions

Cons

- Employees are often expected to work off-the-clock, including on sick days

Pros

- an extremely skillful and family-like team to work with - appropriate for junior worker who wish to sharpen their skills - an excellent place to gain insight on different industries (having both international and local companies as client) - flexible working hour at times

Cons

- no concrete company policy for the employees - working overtime is often required (depending on the projects assigned) but there is no compensation system to support - no clear cut of work responsibilities (some may be asked to work outside of their scope or to handle things that are not stated in their contract) - there are little to non employees benefits compared to other companies that handle similar workload

Thank you for your lovely comments about the team, you obviously like our #MidasPRdreamteam otherwise you wouldn't have come to us as an intern and subsequently joined our company twice and still join us for some of our parties :-) As you well know we have an open door policy and are easy to talk to, it would have been so much better had you voiced your concerns during one of our conversations rather than here on Glassdoor. You can be sure that we are doing our best to keep a healthy company culture and also creating clear guidelines and onboarding procedures for our new recruits. We look forward to seeing you again soon at one of our company parties and wish you all the best always.
