Pros
MIC is very capable of machining many complex components and is capable of turnkey products including casting components. The potential is there to do more business.
Cons
Their business strategy is very narrow and too dependent on the oil & gas industry. They have a predictable history of annual layoffs. They lack the infrastructure to effectively manage their business. The production floor has a laid back culture not willing to make the necessary changes required to compete in today's business demands. Upper management turnover seems to reflect instability.
