Cons are countless . To point out few. 1.Employees are given false promises reg they Pay, benefits etc during the interview discussion and whey they see later on their Offer letter would be not as par with what they promised/offered and is shocking . 2. Management is pathetic. They do not even fit for mid level job positions. 3. No Processes at all at this place 4. Employees are treated as mere slaves 5. They've got few insurance related projects but none of them know anything about insurance 6. Many people in the past have left their job from this company within a month or two due to frustration. So, I kindly request people to try to get to know more about this company before you accept an offer/ join this company if you do not trust in my words.

1. First of all you don't understand the company due to its sub companies & you will be in total confusion who is your HR, who is your Finance team, payroll team, if you ask someone they point to someone else in different company in side the company. Totally your problem will not be solved until you leave the company. 2. No Proper details shared to employees while joining. 3. False & Fake commitments will be given while joining, if you ask later they will say its a policy..:( 4. Hire and Fire policy, you will get fired from the company and you will come to know that on the same day as surprise. 5. No good work culture, No cab facility, name sake they are giving one side cab which is of no use for the night shift guys. 6. Ultimate thing is this company owned one catering service company called Avon but still we don't have canteen in the company amazing isn't it.!!! 7. Night shift snacks are - Chana, Parle-G, Goodday(Rs.5), Corn, sometime Samosa, 8. Fake appraisal Reviews and Hike, Under performer will get more hike than real performer, forgot to mention that if they don't like real performer.. they will fire them anytime. 9. Politics are more than any political party in india. 10. PMs, ITMs, VPs, they join this company only to get fat package. They never work for the same. 11. Huge communication problem/difference between Onshore and offshore teams. You won't get proper details to work on any project. 12. Never Ever join this company to spoil your own career.
