I really loved working here until they decided to fire over 50s.

Pros
Coworkers work well together. Able to work around family schedule. Interesting work. Did ditch pick-up twice a year.
Cons
if you are over 50 and you or a family member has health problems they let you go.

This company gives back so much to nonprofits & they dont get the recognition for that. Thats why i am giving them 5 stars. It's also a very good company to work for as far as salary & benefits go. I do honestly believe the employees hold this company together, not leadership or the managers.
Cons
Unfortunately, since a change of hire in the financial dept. things have changed around there & employees are more worried about covering their tails then helping each other out. Everyone is scared of losing their job now so people are throwing others under the bus all the time to save their own skin. Employees shouldnt have to feel like this Its sad really...
