Pros
You are in charge of your own success or failure. As an independent contractor you have unlimited income potential based on the work you put in. The training and support they provide is exceptional. Anything you need requires only a phone call. Their support and guidance, along with a generous commission program, gives you everything you need to succeed and make great money!
Cons
If you are not self motivated this is not the job for you. You have to put in a lot of work up front which will pay off in the end, but make sure you are able to make a full time commitment. Also, being an independent contractor you have no benefits and must pay in when tax time comes around.
