      - Amazing work experience; ability to work on many different projects - Innovative company, always new and exciting projects - Learn something everyday from experts in industry - Great networking opportunities with customers and vendors in industry - Room to grow professionally

      - Sometimes late hours, but receive plenty of support from team

      - Great work experience (being a small company, you get to work on all aspects of a project) as a beginner - Friendly owners

      Cons

      - Negative environment - Employee relationship and conflicts are not resolved, but aggrevated instead, by management - Horrible pay, in spite of how well the company is doing - Absolutely no room for growth - Not a great business plan (all apples in one basket)
