      - sometimes (but which is also normal) you get less impactful work as a working student - students will no get taken over after finishing their studies

      Highly collaborative, cross-functional teams. Strong culture of support—there was always someone willing to help or share knowledge. Huge learning curve, not just about agile delivery in a large-scale enterprise setting, but also about leadership, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement. A place that encouraged growth and innovation.
