salary not on time (only cash payment) my visa was stalled for 2 months medical insurnace is not provided to the employyes who are under their visa as per UAE labour law. For an employee it is the worst place to work. Filipino employees (women) are sexually harrassed by Piyush, who is always suggestive. Salaries are not paid on time, if they are paid at all. Piyush has a very big ego and if things are not done his way, he will hold it against you. He keeps saying to his employees that they are like his family and has long pep talks in his cabin, but his words are meaningless because he doesnt mean them and just wants to placate people if there is something wrong. He is a bad person in heart. He thinks cos he has money he can have his way. He holds the power of providing your salary to you and people fear him and are nice to him because of it. No choice what to do but to listen to him. Dont join this company especially if you are filipno and female. He will definitely hit on you at some point and suggest to take you to a hotel for dinner and then more...
