      Pros

      Would be ok for anyone trying to get a foot in the door to consulting

      Cons

      - High turn over and no acknowledgement or accountability from management - Mass hiring sprees to cover up weekly exits - No culture or proper operational support or structure - Consultants hired for qualifications to win contracts however mostly no meaningful work performed - No real employee benefits

      Pros

      Its sad to sad but the only positive i can think of is the free snacks. They hire a lot of ex deloitte types, so there are qualified people in the ranks.

      Cons

      micromanagement, favouristism, boys club managers. No culture, boring office, un stable work streams.

      The more you put into to it, the more you will get out of it. Overall a big thumbs up.
