Pros

Zero pros, not a Single things that we can count as possitive.

Cons

- Poor work-life balance. - Mandatory Weekly Learning Hours on Fridays and extended boot camps on Saturdays. - Strict office timings with frequent extended working hours based on project requirements. - Heavy reliance on interns while expecting them to perform like experienced professionals. - Limited mentorship and a lack of a supportive learning environment. - Limited opportunities for core software engineering and development work. - Job insecurity due to frequent layoffs and an uncertain work environment. - Employees are even charged for tea, which reflects a cost-cutting approach in employee welfare.

Pros

Consistent and on-time salary credit.

Cons

Toxic Work-Life Balance (24/7 Culture): This is absolutely not a 9-to-5 job. There is a toxic expectation to remain active and reply to pings late into the night. Delayed responses to late-night pings are actively weaponized against employees during performance reviews. Hostile Management and Credit Stealing: While peer-level colleagues are friendly, upper management operates with a complete lack of empathy. Senior leaders frequently take credit for juniors' hard work, and there is zero psychological safety in voicing concerns. Discriminatory Performance Yardsticks: Management openly maintains different standards of accountability and flexibility based on your college tier rather than your actual daily output or project dedication. Poor Office Infrastructure: The office environment feels restrictive, utilizing signal jammers that block personal connectivity. Basic corporate amenities are absent, and the cafeteria infrastructure is heavily crowded. Lack of Transparency in Offboarding: The termination and offboarding processes are handled via intimidation, pressure tactics to force resignations to protect management metrics, and a total lack of HR neutrality.
