      Other employees are helpful and friendly

      Cons

      Where to start don’t expect pay rises, investment, to be treated well, good management. Do expect chaos and disorganisation, the management team seem to just duct tape over the cracks. They do not trust anyone on the shop floor even though some of them have 40+ years experience in tooling. Standards are dropping. Would be surprised if this company is here in 2/3 years time.

      Great benefits! Able to get company vehicles and phones, laptops and gas cards as a salesman in the field. Quality tools.

      Cons

      Not good with applying raises. Can't keep a CEO in office for long.
