Still areas for improvement across the organization but can appreciate the drive and focus for improvement.

Horrible office politics/nepotism rampant and no one will stick up for you. Unprofessional staff, conversations that would be NSFW anywhere else are ignored. Overburdened management will drop you for making them look bad if you mess up. No support for training on new roles but assigns tasks you’re not qualified for regardless. Constant turnover and not backfilling the position just piling the work on remaining staff.
